500g fresh plums
500g apples granny smith
500g carrots
750ml apple juice
1ltr oats milk
400g orange juice
400g pitted prunes

Instructions:

1. Peel the carrots stone the plums core the apples zest the oranges and remove the pith.

2. Place all the ingredients in a good blender and blend until completely smooth.
