Ingredients:
200g rolled oats
200ml water
5 oranges medium
500g carrots (washed and peeled)
400g bananas
100g fresh ginger root
200g walnuts
200g ice cubes
500g soya milk
6g spice turmeric
Instructions:
1. PREP: Soak the oats in equal parts water to oats till water is absorbed (Overnight). Peel and half orange. Wash and roughly chop carrot. Peel banana and chop. Peel ginger and roughly chop.
2. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz for 1 minute or till smooth. Add water if consistency is too thick. Taste and adjust ginger turmeric & banana (for sweetness) to your preference.
